Purpose
Operate equipment and perform tasks that support the various business needs in Nutrient manufacturing. This may vary and includes (but is not limited to) completing builds, weighing, adding, mixing, blending ingredients, completing analytical testing (with training), operating equipment such as pumps, mixers, agitators, shear mills, valves dryers, as well as cleaning and changeover tasks associated with production of products in a FDA regulated facility.
Lead
At this level, incumbents perform the full range of duties as assigned, under sometimes no supervision,, while exercising discretion and independent judgment within established guidelines. This level operates with a high level of autonomy and is considered the subject matter expert for the jobs and tasks within the Manufacturing Department. They are responsible for leading a small team of other associates and directing work for others within the department.

Required qualifications
HS Diploma or equivalent
1 year of related work experience
Physical demands and working environment
