Purpose
Accurately fulfill customer orders, monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and proper stock rotation while meeting overall Fulfillment/ Warehouse Department goals.
Essential functions
Selecting Functions:
Powered Industrial Truck Functions:
Proper inventory put-away into overstock bin locations with a forklift
Evaluate Default locations and replenish stock as needed
Supports LTL picking with large volume items being picked from overstock vs. default locations.
Generate reports on inventory balance and shortages
Researches discrepancies in inventory
Count merchandise in stock and post totals to inventory records
Coordinate with shipping coordinator to ensure all outbound shipments are moving out of warehouse as scheduled
Positions forklifts, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transports load to designated area
Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or lifting devices. Must be able to document information as per SOP
Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and/or cGMP guidelines
Ability to perform daily inspections of warehouse equipment
Understands the pallet put-way / replenishment process and may be powered industrial truck certified in performing these functions on a daily basis
Ability to follow SOP and work instructions within the areas of responsibility
